    Loved it!

    Clean room with gorgeous ocean views. The beach was beautiful and spacious! Drinks were good, even at the bars. Really enjoyed the meals. Breakfast had fresh juices and the Japanese restaurant was great. Housekeeping was great-always stocked up on towels and drinks! Lots of activities, but you can find quieter spots too. Such a chill vibe!

    We had the a double room and it was top-notch and complete with balcony and enough space to be comfortable, for instance. Stayed in this property for 7 nights and loved our choice.

    hotel is excellent in every way. very attentive and friendly staff, ready at any time to solve any question, all the concierge guys very predisposed, got us a place in the restaurants at night for the whole stay we had in the hotel, highly recommended, with gourmet cuisine. French restaurant La Horma 11 points the attention and food, AMerican Bistro excellent attention and exquisite gourmet food. Mexican restaurant could be improved a little bit with more typical meals. cleanliness and quality of the food is excellent, we really liked the variety that there was in both salty food and desserts and appetizers. rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent view of the sea from all the rooms.

    There is little shade in the pool area. Although all hotels have a similar system, the only means of transport they offer is a taxi at the door of the hotel at an excessively high and abusive price, the taxi drivers told us that this is an agreement with the hotel. We checked with the hotel for airport shuttle service and were told that they were not available and did not give advice, (they must be hired by other means). The positive thing is the bus stop very close to the entrance of the complex where you only have to walk 100 meters and you can go and return to the center in a short time and without inconvenience.

    Had an awesome time! The ocean views from my room were breathtaking, and the pool area was fantastic with a nice jacuzzi to relax in. Just wish the elevators could’ve been a bit faster, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 🌊

    Room offered view of the sea; spotless beach right behind hotel; excellent golf course available across the road from hotel; wide choice of dining options within hotel premises; excellent breakfast (not included in our booking, but well worth getting); very comfortable beds.

    This hotel was decent place for exploring Cancun, loved it and property's hard-working staff from waiters. The restaurant was popular for Lunch and Breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The beds were comfortable and the view of the ocean was picturesque. Also, location was peaceful and best possible, at a short distance from excavated mayan ruins: D

    front desk staff courteous; pools/ beach were good; room was large with a balcony

    1) Very dirty - got filthy glasses and cups almost every day despite complaints and being a Hilton Honors Diamond member 2) Service was very slow, very poor 3) bathroom was very very small 4) Room quality was poor -- chipped paint, dirty shower lining etc.

    Unexpectedly Amazing Service

    Woke up to a fine ocean view every morning. The staff's warmth and attention. Poolside service was attentive and the meals were good!

    It was a bit frustrating during peak hours, especially with families and luggage.
